Abacus Solutions Group is looking for a strong Accounts Payable Specialist to join one of our best clients! Responsibilities: Accurately code and process vendor invoices. Reconciliation of purchase orders. Process payment runs via check, ACH and virtual payment cards. Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain vendor relationships. Resolve invoice and PO issues. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance AP efficiency. Prepare invoice accrual and review of unvouchered payables. Reviews open purchase order receipts and reconcile balances.
